I am doing a 1-10 scale on pain level- tracking daily
tracking what I do to exercise
and eat/drink
sleep pattern
I want to try to update through each day to see if I can find a pattern of triggers for pain and anxiety
very little sleep last night- sick Chubby/ and then noise sensitive
pain at a 8 when woke/ 6 after Tai Chi
So today so far I have done 20 min AM Tai Chi
anxiety is high today on 1-10 probably around a 7
breakfast will be cup yogurt with flax mix, and honey/garlic
